This picnic, Cascais Total, is inspired by the sea, that constitutes the setting for all activities in this fishing village. Our original and unique sandwich has a filling of fresh tuna in escabeche, being the fish marinated in a mixture of olive oil, vinegar and onions, from where it gets a delicious acidic flavour. The octopus salad, so common in the local cuisine, brings freshness to the picnic. To finish in a sweet note, we recovered an old and typical cake of this region: joaninhas, a masterpiece of egg yolks and almonds. To carry all these delicacies, keeping your hands free, to walk or ride a bike, we created specially for you the Genial Picnic backpack in Kraft paper. It´s resistant and reusable.
